The cave is not a stage set. It belongs to the original structure and retains the natural texture of tuff stone.
Irregular walls and niches shift with the light. The private tub sits at the centre of the space and is reserved solely for the guests staying at the Refuge.
Natural tuff is delicate and can release small surface fragments. The cave is checked and maintained regularly; guests are asked not to scratch or carve its walls.
